This is an excerpt from a biographical book of Gen. Jovo Kapičić, high-ranking official of former SFRJ, which deals with Yugoslav involvement in Greek Civil War and fully qualifies what happened to Greek children which were obducted by communists. Jovo Kapičić: "Osim ranjenika, iz Grčke smo morali da izvlačimo i na sigurno smjestimo djecu poginulih i ranjenih ustanika. Preuzeli smo blizu 10.000 djece."

JK: U zemlje Istočne Evrope i SSSR.

-Dali su kasnije djeca vraćena u Grčku?

JK: (this line in bold-Vladislav): Većina je ostala da živi u zemljama Istočne Evrope. Promenjen im je identitet i nikada se više nijesu vratili u Grčku. (end bold)

Jovo Kapičić: "Apart from wounded ones, we had to evacuate from Greece into safety the children of died and wounded combatants. We took approximately 10.000 children."
